Chris,
In society, perception is reality to MANY people. They just look at the surface. If they perceive a person to be totally off-base and unreasonable, they will dismiss them altogether even though they may be completely correct in many aspects of their reasoning. The title of the article was simply used as a lead in and is not the core of the issue. I would be interested in your thoughts regarding the main point of the article.

Thanks for the suggestion to "listen, think and decide for myself". I do that regularly. :) -CG

It is actually "Soylent Green". It is funny how people are always talking about "conspiracy theorist" when that is the number one crime prosecuted by the federal government. When people do conspire to do illegal and immoral things they tend to do it in secret.
The label "conspiracy theorist" are propaganda words used to silence debate. If you want to discredit someones ideas call them "conspiracy theorist" and the whole subject in discussion is void. That is definitely the sheeple mentality!

I tend to listen, think and decide for myself. I suggest you people do the same.

I agree with some of the things written here, but there are some things I can't get on board with.

Firstly, governments do meddle too much and create endless policy for its own sake.

I haven't read 'Atlas Shrugged' but regarding the present reality, I think governments didn't meddle enough soon enough.

The book might be 'a celebration of the entrepreneur, the risk taker and the cultivator of wealth through human intellect' but it is precisely these 'risk-takers' who have put the global economy into such dire straits.

I'm talking specifically about the banks of course. And who saved them when it all went to pot? The tax payer and the government!

Sometimes the market needs to be kept under control for it's own sake, and everybody's benefit.

Basically they are saying something must be done to eliminate the hazard we pose to ourselves. Thus, abortion and euthanasia are justifiable means for ridding the world of the needless that consume what the Global Elite want for themselves.
They literally want to rid the world of about 80% of us leaving enough surfs left to do their bidding
